It is nice to think there is some magic to Octobe 13 because it is my birthday but the fact is if my birthday was august 1 the surf would not be as cooperative. As it turns out, my birthday is often a magical surf day as my buddy Darrick pointed out today in emailing this surf report for OB. Even when I don't have time to enjoy it (like today) at least as Darrick pointed out, the ocean is celebrating with me. So get out there and enjoy some of my birthday waves!
